After reading everyones reviews, it seems you were not ready for the iPhone 6 and iOS updates. I deleted your app and am spreading the word on this once great app to my friends and colleagues. Get your act together and fix your product, we are not responsible for this mess, you are.

Also suddenly charging customers for uploading vids when it once was free and having the app crash in the process is not a solution to "fixing" the problem.
