Do not buy thia app

Once this was my favourite app. No
longer so.
The films will no longer process, or download. You lose anything you had. And I had months of stuff.

Customers are ignored and any problems you write about are unsolved. No response, anywhere. As if this once popular company has given up and taken your money, you are on your own.

I can see all my files on Cinamatic but cannot do anything with them. Just cruel.

I cannot imagine why someone or a team of
developers would behave this way after such success.
Just not on.
So, stay away folks. Seems they just dont care.
