After system update app doesnt work properly anymore...

Once this was my favourite app. No longer so. The films will no longer process, or download. You lose anything you had. And I had months of stuff. Customers are ignored and any problems you write about are unsolved. No response, anywhere. As if this once popular company has given up and taken your money, you are on your own. I can see all my files on Cinamatic but cannot do anything with them. Just cruel. I cannot imagine why someone or a team of developers would behave this way after such success. Just not on. So, stay away folks. Seems they just dont care.

Edit the censor section with your app. The buttons(ALL OF THEM) dont work! It is slow. So please, retry and make it better. Hope this will help you.

Video is not imported from the photo album( app purchased. Correct it!

Already more than one year its my the most favorite video app. Im discovering new from time to time, trying but then delete and save only this app, cause its really a lot of details how to create every time unique movie) thank u!

The app used to have some cool features and simply "work". Not so much over the last year. Numerous bugs with sharing to social networks: Have more than one tumblr blog, NOPE. Want to apply a hashtag to Instagram, NOPE. Applying a location to Facebook, NOPE. Transferring paks from the old Hipstamatic, NOPE. Dont bother emailing for support - youll get placated about how its being worked on but MONTHS later the bug is still there. Seems the Hipsta folks just want to make money by making new Paks that you cant use because the app cant share your photo properly. Sad to see such a cool app go down the toilet!

Perfect app... To sad I cant use it now. Please update!!!!! The newest update didnt fix anything.

I am loyal Hipstamatic and Cinematic fan and I purchase every new filter/lens/pack but it is incredibly frustrating to have videos stuck in the app because of an error in processing. Please fix this.

Cool filters, love it. I went to "settings" then "privacy" and toggled my switch for this app from on to off to back on then restarted and- ta da! Cute videos saved in my camera roll

I captured three videos on the app and saved them and they are not in my camera roll OR still in the app! Are they gone forever?? I can never get those moments back! VERY UPSET.

This app could be great, but it continually crashes and wont complete processing. This has been happening ever since it came out. I have reinstalled it a few times to no avail. I keep hoping that it will become a useable app, but it doesnt seem like that will happen. Its too bad, because the filters are phenomenal.

Major bug in this version. I processed two important videos and they didnt show up in my camera roll like they should have. They dont exist in Cinamatic (as per usual after processing) so I have nothing. No footage, no raw material, no finished video. Nothing. Total bs. Thanks for dicking me over.
